They won't crack like a tile, but to most people look like tile. -Several bathroom and kitchen cabinets have magnetic locks on the doors to child-proof medication, cleaning supplies, and other things you don't want kids or guests to access. If a cabinet doesn't open, we have it locked currently but we could unlock it for inspections, etc. -There are two independent cable/high speed internet lines run to the house, both updated during COVID. This allows you to choose which to activate, or to maintain a business line and a personal line. -The master bedroom is supposed to be able to be used as a tub, although we have not used it as a tub so we have listed it as shower only. -The gas line is run so that the line/pipe you are responsible for is at the house's edge while the line that the gas company is responsible for runs across the property, reducing the owner's exposure to any repair costs across the life of the house.
