LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! Home is across the street from Beachwalk 19. You can be on the sand in one minute from the time you leave the driveway. The only thing that would be better is to be Gulf front and that would cost $Millions more. This home is in a very upscale area with many large gulf front houses within a block. There are numerous hooks in each bathroom as well as around the outside shower to hold towels and swim suits. Everything in this house has been completely redone. The separate laundry room has full size stackable stainless steel washer and dryer with amble storage shelves. The laundry room has an entrance directly from the pool area to manage all of the wet swim suits and towels. The bunk bedroom has sturdy large built in wood bunks. Now is the perfect time to buy to be ready for the upcoming vacation rental season or to use as a second home or permanent residence. There is a white vinyl fence that surrounds the house.
