Palm Cove is one of the closest neighborhoods to the beach and is centrally located. There are sidewalks and cross walks that make for an easy half mile or so walk to the beach. There is public parking at the beach as well and the county pier is only a half mile away. A new fire station is located on Middle Beach about 300 yards from the entrance to Palm Cove. Palm Cove is located about half way between Pier Park and all of the marinas on the east end of PCB. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and Shipwreck Island. Palm Cove is very popular because it has a dedicated entrance with no thru streets. The entrance is off of Middle Beach so it is easy to get to anywhere in PCB. This beautiful home is located on a Cul-de-Sac so there is very little traffic. Palm Cove is very family friendly, you normally see children out playing in the yards as well as the playground and pool area. This home is has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen and family room are open and make for a large area as the focal point of the house. The master bedroom suite is on the back side of the house and is larger than many houses this size. There are double vanity sinks in the master with the large closet off of the bathroom. The two other bedrooms are on the right as you enter the house next to the 2nd bathroom.
